[Resolved] Axis Bank — axis - fastag | |
I have got the fastag from axis bank and was using it. Recently when i tried to re-charge my wallet through their online portal, the system continuously giving error and not allowing me to top-up. Now my fastag is neither useful as no amount left in it nor it can be recharged for me to use. I had raised 5 service requests in their portal and all of them were closed by the bank;s customer service without resolution to my problem.in fact my last request was closed yesterday but when i tried recharging again the same message and not able to recharge/top-up. I had written to axis bank support to cancel and refund me deposit amount, no updates from the customer service team. I tried calling their customer support number, no one will respond, had to disconnect after holding the call for more than 5 minutes. Overall experience if very stressful and taken my lot of time and patience and finally my problem not resolved.
