Axis Bank — axis fastag physical copy not received

Sir/madam

I have requested kyc updation & tag replacement of my axis bank fastag wallet id [protected]. Now i came to know that kyc is updated & old tag is replaced with new tag & is activated, but till now i have not received the physical tag. Sevaral calls and mail was forward to etc. Management @ axis bank with interaction id[protected] on jan 9 2020 but so far no reply. Kindly resolve the matter as early as possible

Contacted over phone [protected] but they don't know when exactly the tag will be posted, will try to courier soon is what they told
