Axis Bank — bank debited 1000 from my axis asap account without my knowledge.

Yesterday I opened my Axis ASAP account i.e. on 19th June 2019 with ₹1000 balance and today I got a message that the account is debited by ₹1000 on 20th June 2019. Avl. Bal. is ₹0.
The info given in the message is : Account Closure Proceeds to DD Acct.
I don't know anything about it.
I didn't close my account. I cannot login to my account and I am facing issues with Axis Mobile App.

My contact number is [protected]. There is no response from the Axis Bank team. I gave the contact details on the mail yet there's no call received. And today I got the message that my account has been closed. I will take a strict action against it.

Axis Bank has deducted 5000 from my account saying it is a Consolidated Deductions.. They tend to deduct any amount anytime simply stating it is a Consolidated Charges. Ridiculous Bank ... They are fraud.

I want all my money back... they simply cannot do like this.

Axis bank is been charging consolidated charges without any reason and explanation as within two months have charge again and again and as on[protected] have charged Rs 423.00 without any explanation

I have a savings account with Axis bank. There is a deduction of 135 rs, 750 rs, 59 rs on same day in the name of consolidated charges. Please take necessary action against it as it was happening with me since last 2 months. I also maintained monthly balance.

I did a transaction on 11 June 19 of 6500, my account got debited but the payee doesn't receive the money yet please refund my money as soon as possible.
