Dear Sir/Mam,

Good Day!!!

My EMI due date is every month 5th, but my salary date is 8th on every month. I am getting trouble to pay the EMI amount on every 5th, is there any option to change my EMI due date from 5th to 9th. Because every month am paid consolidated charges.

Please help me to avoid this type of penalty.

I'm Pranita Yadav,
I applied for credit card 2 weeks before but did not got any mail or massage stating that your card has been dispatched. As I have my active salary account in axis bank.
After 2 weeks today I got my Pin No. by speed post but did not received my card.
Why this has been happen ? I want it urgently for my personal reasons.
Please help me for the same.

From the last 4 or 5 days, i tried calling to customer care to reslove my qeury but it charges only not connected at once till today, , Whenever i call at customer care for query it takes too much time to connect with your executive, , after 10/15 min its connected then your team executive put the call on hold, , , calls are chargeable no problem, but why we wait to connect

Hi im a axis bank credit card holder on june 6 2019 there was an unauthorized transaction of Rs. 1699./ in favour of ecpp assistance service membership . Which i had never subscribed. How can they transact on my card directly?
So, kindly please refund my same amount on the same credit card as soon as possible and unsubscribe me from this service im not at all intrested in the same . Otherwise will take legal action against you...

Yesterday on dated 4 june 2019 I have opened an AXIS ASAP bank account through online form filling and providing my ADHAAR and PAN details. I have also deposited Rs.1000.00 in this newly created account.

i have salary account in your bank & when i checked my balance you have deducted 4500 & 5500 rs from my account continues last two month written as Consolidated Charges.plz help me to get my money back, your bank is deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts wihout telling peoples .
Due to that problem I have submitted fill up a/c closing form with cheque book & debit card on . But till now account has not closed....
