      My axis bank a/c no - [protected] has been debited by 1899.00/- for oneassist services without asking my permission and without my approval they deducted money from my account.
      So i contact to axis customer care and one assist customer care yoo but didn't get revert.
      I want my money back.. i want refund as soon as possible.
      I am totally disappointed with this one assist service totally fraud.

        Sir i sivakumar, KGS treaders, my a/c no [protected]

        sir i sent money Mistakenly by wrong account number e-fund transfer amount 1lac 100000/- by 3/5/2019 same axis bank a/c number - [protected] a/c name senthilkumar (branch Tindivanam ). Immediately i said our axis bank manager he said
        i Disable (lean) that account, so don't worry, no problem. i get that person contact number and address .and i call that person he said i am in Andaman i call you back (smoothly cash transfer in your account ). but i do go lot of time that person house meet him family members and lot of time call that person but no use .till date no answer properly . last one week before he transfer 25000/- in our a/c .i go and get that persons a/c detail for axis bank branch in Tindivanam .that branch head told to me i don't any help reason is no balance for that a/c he withdraw all money . who is help in recover my balance 75000/- pending .
        sir axis bank is very worst for consumer friendly he said disable then wh o are enable that person a/c, ...pls help for me

          stop ecs mandate payment

          I have given a form to stop ecs mandate on feb 2nd 2019 still the branch didn't take any action even I made many visits to the branch they said it will stop, its on processing, etc almost 4 month over still no use in visiting the bank. Also cheque return charges of Rs. 1300/- each has been debited from my account every month for that also they didn't provide any clarification.           Yesterday on dated 17th June, 2019 I have opened an AXIS ASAP bank account through online form filling and providing my ADHAAR and PAN details. I have also deposited Rs.5000.00 in this newly created account. My customer id is[protected].

          Now, today dated 18th June, 2019 I suddenly received a sms from the bank as "Your A/c XXXX is debited by Rs.5000 on 18th June19. Avbl Bal :Rs.0. Info : Account closure proceeds to DD Acct."

          Please note I did not given any consent for account closure. Kindly look ito the issue on an urgent basis and refund the money or reopen my account.

            my application was rejected and fee not refunded yet

            I applied for axis Bank young bankers program 2019 and paid fee 500 rupees but they rejected my application by saying that as per their policy they can not proceed with my application as I have a relative working in the bank.
            They sent me a mail that my refund will be initiated shortly, but till now I haven't got my refund and they don't even reply on email.

            I don't think i have issued any such mandate.
            Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?

                An amount of Rs690 has been debited from my above Savings Bank account unilaterally as cash transaction charges etc, without any clarification.
                On visiting the Branch the same could not be clarified as to why the charges have been imposed.The deduction has been made on 15th June, 2019 when earlier Rs59 was deducted for deposit beyond Office hours.The same is not only unjustified but squizzing out money to increase Bank's earnings.
                Please do the needful and arrange for refund of the deduction.

                  Hi,

                  Axis bank is charging 'Consolidated DP charges' for my account every now and then. Even if there is 2 rupees balance, they deduct that amount also as part of the Consolidated DP charges. I did not opt for any of the service and not sure why they keep deducting amount from my account that too without my permission. This is really frustrating and this is stealing from customers account. Kindly take a note of this and do the needful.

                        While depositing Rs.73, 300/- through debit Card in AXIS bank ATM at Rashbehari Kolkata location, it was showing " Your money is being sorted" when suddenly the machine showed TECHNICAL ERROR and stopped.

                          I opened asap account last year.Last month I charge rs1650 of consolidate charge including gst after that I stopped using account that month bank added more consolidate charge and levied gst again on total charge now it is rs 4450.                           On 14th June 2019 I submitted my caution fee of 10, 000 in then name of axis bank after my selection in abyb program.But fortunately I cleared another bank exam and I'm going to join that bank, so therefore I urge the axis bank management to please kindly refund my caution fee of 10000 as soon as possible
                          Sir, i am central govt employee in MOD. There is no cash in your ATM. The emoloyees are also having lunch timing on the ocassion of eid.
                          On asking why they are not putting money in the ATMs. The employee misbehaved and attacked on me.
                          Kindly take appropriate action otherwise i will file complaint through proper channel.

                            I am having a saving account 448098 in sector 29 faridabad branch. I was charged 1800+ 323 approx as consolidating charges. Even after my account was having good balance n I was very tensed so I filled complaint on online consumercomplaints.in because know one was answering my call on customer care n I didn't find any direct email address also. In the morning I received a mail to share my number and then I received a call from [protected] claiming to be calling from axis bank customer service and told me that these charges are for some credit card plan I opted for which I denied so he asked bout my account which was opened as a family account along with my. Mother's so he told that he will refund it to my mother account he asked for card detailed and cause bieng stressed n mentally upset cause of banks stressful service and slow response already deducted charges. By mistake i told Otp for transaction and they debited 50000 from my
                            mother's account 241515 in sector 29 faridabad branch. Please Help me in getting the money refunded.

                              As i started job with some company they opened my salary accont with zero balance now. when i left job after an year my account balance went negative. i dont know how come it possible. how can an account that starts with zero balance went negative for not maintain balance and that it self an salary account. and i wasnt aware like an zero balance acconut also needs to be maintained with balace i wonder how... can i get solution for this...

                              You not responding to when I call your number and my available balance showing Rs 3827.73 but I used pay of amount 2739 now my available balance is Rs-2468.82

                                What the hell this is guys, I own a salary account and for that there was no minimum bal required from past two years but all of sudden you guys started deducting around 2000 as consolidated charges. What the hellll????. That too without any intimation. Can't you guys send an sms before that saying please keep minimum balance as our terms are updated from April 2019. You didn't do that and then now looting peoples money without any intimation. This is a really sensitive issue. I am gonna take it forward till I get all of my deducted money back from past two months. THIS IS ABSOLUTE FRAUD!!

                                Hi, i have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted 798.84 rs & gst charge 143.79 from my account written as Consolidated Charges.plz help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts wihout telling peoples .

                                  I applied for axis Bank young bankers program 2019 and paid fee 500rl rupees but the rejected my application by saying that as per their policy they can not proceed with my application as I have a relative working in the bank.
                                  They sent me a mail that my refund will be initiated shortly, but till now I haven't got my refund and they don't even reply on email.
