[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Blackmailing customers to get services

Impending recent misbehaviour of the branch manager i decided to close my account and called nodal office to discuss the same. I clearly mentioned to your representative that i would like the nodal office to handle my case and resolve the below queries to me. I was told that i will surely get a call back within 2 days. But instead even nodal officer has not bothered to call back and simply again fwded my complaint to the branch. The same branch which anyways doesn't care to resolve my grievances, why wud they care to make my closure an easy process. Like i had told your officer, the branch has not called back and even if they do after this email i do not want the branch to deal with me and have to go through the insult again!

Now coming to the branch:
I have the following complaints against the ghatkopar east branch where my account has been for over a decade-
1. The branch manager in my recent visit misbehaved verbally with me and insulted me and my husband when we went to him with our concerns on how axis bank systems have been for past 10 years and how we have been troubled.
2. I filed 3 - 4 requests between 2012 to 2015 for name change in both my account and cc post my marriage and it still did not happen. Due to this my cibil report was not updated and i had issues with loans. Even at that time the branch could not resolve my issue after multiple visits and so i was asked by your call center to approach the nodal office. After 3 months of torcherous follow up it got resolved.
3. Ever since my account opened and i was transferred to priority, the rms have changed every 2-3 months and new rms never contact or inform us. As a result we are never able to take any services as a priority customer.
4. I was black mailed to make an fd with axis bank for a locker that i am using currently. The rm at that time clearly made a mandate saying unless we invested in a product with the bank, a locker won't be given even if i was next on the wait list. We were assured of further services but that we never got and now that i have closed my account they are again blackmailing me to have an account with them if i do wish to continue my locker with them.
4. There are many more such tiring experiences with axis bank i have which are difficult to explain on one email. But the bottom line is no customer should have to go through this.
