[Resolved]  Axis Bank — bna convenience charges

I do not deposited or withdrawl money in provided atm machines but then also every month debited in my account rs. 100 + 18% gst =118 rs i report to this matter to respective zaver road mulund branch but nothing response from their bank executives a normal person every month that much amt deduction regularly is very big deal and funny part is this bank provided me to salary account please help

I have been issued a new debit card aganst old debit card. Since last 5 months I am trying to set the new pin for my new card from ATMs but it is not allowing me to set saying that code, (received on registered mobile) is wrong. Without pin I am not able to use my debit card in ATM or for shopping. Please let me know how to resolve this problem
