I have been issued a new debit card aganst old debit card. Since last 5 months I am trying to set the new pin for my new card from ATMs but it is not allowing me to set saying that code, (received on registered mobile) is wrong. Without pin I am not able to use my debit card in ATM or for shopping. Please let me know how to resolve this problem
