Today (10/08/19), the axis bank has debited rs.1730/- from the account under consolidated charges a/c. Also, rs.311/- has been debited as gst on charges.

Could you please apprise me of the details as to why the amount has been deducted from the account under consolidated charges?

I request for the refund of the amount. Please look into this matter and resolve at the earliest.

    My name is vighnesh. Axis bank has been charge for 600 in the name of consolidated charges for my asap savings account i have not withdrawl any amount from atm nor deposited any money through machine or anything else... Its too wrong these bank charges any type and debit the middle class peoples money. Need to get refund in this case. Because even people didn't know this as they never check which charges have been debited from their bank.

    I tried to call the customer care but the number seems to be busy everytime I call. Please solve this issue.

      I have been a sincere a asap account holder at your bank, rs. 717.37 was incorrectly deducted from my asap account as consolidated charges on 10th aug 2019. I claim a refund for the same.

      While opening an account the branch did not told me about the consolidated charges even i called the bank tollfree number and asked about the asap account they also didn't told me

        This is bibekananda tandia. I have axis bank asap account from last 10 months. My account no is [protected]*.in last three months axis bank deducted more balance for the name of consolidated charges.in this month i have use three time my debit card in one time paytm, 2nd time upi transaction and 3rd time pos at fuel center. Today axis bank has debit 27+150 rupees from my account for consolidated charges. It's too high amount. I have not crossed my limit.
        I never seen this type of fraudulent to customers of any bank except axis bank.
        I want to refund my balance because it is unnecessary deducted.
        So please do the needful.

          Complaint regarding blackmailing by axis bank staff for approval of loan, especially when you complete your loan process at the last moment they ask you about loan insurance, which is optional, but bank staff pressurised you for loan insurance.in my case bank staff ask me for loan insurance amount rs. 1100/- i said i m not interested to insure my loan, then bank staff told me if you not paid insurance money then bank not approved your loan. I ask if it is optional then why are you pressurised me, but they charge insurance money... Totally blackmail. My name is deepender gurung and on 08/08/19 i receive message of senction my loan after paid blackmail 2300/- rs... Disappointed...

              I have paid lumpsum amount of rs 6500 one time charges for ten years while ipening demat account in axis bank. Still from time to time consolidated dp charges are cut from my saving bank account. I made a online complaint by email. Part of the charges are reverted back to my account. Again yesterday rs 287.28have been cut from my account. This is repeatedly happening almost every month. Amount deducted varies every time and i don't understand how it is calculated and why it is charged.

              I made a reservation through IRCTC portal using Axis card Debit card payment option. The transaction status says that "PENDING FROM BANK END" within the IRCTC portal. What should be my next step? Should I make a new reservation or wait for IRCTC to confirm the transaction?

                I am trying to change my address for axis credit card but struggling hard from long. Called customer care they informed to visit branch. Visited branch today but the member there informed there is option on axis website home page to login to credit card seperately and update address, but I don't see any such options. I updated my address in my bank account through internet banking but that's not reflecting on my credit card. Bank representative are not willing to help not sure even they are aware how to update address for credit card?

                  Last october my father's credit card details were shared and a fraud was done. We immediately called the customer service to stop the transaction and also went to the bank for complaint. We were assured that the problem will be resolved and a temporary refund of the amount was done to the credit card. However the statements for my card never showed the amount was credited and we have been since been contacted the bank employees to pay the amount. We were told to keep paying the minimum amount and also there is an intrest that has been taken. Today someone from the bank came to our house and they are demanding the amount from us when we were the victim of the fraud and we did everything to stop the transaction.

                  I am waiting for more than 110 days for my cashback... I am using axis bank for past 10 years it worst experience. I raised two incident for this issue each time they were saying different dates to wait... Pls find the ticket number for reference 54227782.. I won't be planning to continue with axis bank... I have opened a saving a/c in axis bank from 2011, bearing ac no [protected], there was call from axis bank regarding credit card, they told that they dispatched a credit card with free of cost, till last 6 month i have not received any credit card, it is horrible to say that every month bank deducted more than one thousand without any information, i have tried to call customer care, but there is no respond, i have also so tried at online complain but system show your e-mail id is n't register with us, now i am staying at delhi, i also contact nearest axis bank he suggested to go for your home branch it is not possible to go to home branch, i don't expect this type of service from axis bank.                     Hi im prasanth, when i m depositing 6000 money to my axis bank account with atm card, machine has taken 5200 and 300 rupees returned and 1 500 rs has taken by the machine and i got receipt, stating that, 1 notes has been taken by the machine.                           Below is the message I received from axis bank
                          "Your A/c **5367 is debited by Rs. 1360 on 07Aug19. Avbl Bal: Rs. 3048.10. Info: BRN-Card Payment" and I tried contacting Customer care for details of deductions but I didn't receive any updates.
                          My savings account is linked with credit card and I have paid the credit card bill before the due date. They have clearly sent a message saying that they have received the payment for credit card and later the next message I received was deduction from my savings account. They are just fooling around and I read many such issues being raised on the same issue. Request to repay and deducted amount and block the card

                            When I called customer care to enquire about the latest deduction from savings account, they said it's for credit card payment. But the paid amount is not reflecting in credit card balance. Mail that I got says it's for BRN - card payment. I don't understand why was money deducted, if deducted why it's not reflecting in credit card balance amount. Clear this issue ASAP.

                              I am writing to dispute a fraudulent debit on my credit card of the amount rs.36, 000 on 2nd and 3rd of aug 2019. Even after complaining multiple times to axis bank, they tend to ask the same question again and again without taking an action on the issue. This is highly disappointing. Axis bank is so slow in solving the matter and treating the customer queries in the right way. Seems like all the executives say different thing when i raised the complaint. Already i am in a mental pressure and on top of that without providing a resolution, axis bank seems to put more torture on me. I am requesting that the debit reinstated, any finance and other charges related to the fraudulent amount be credited so that i receive an accurate statement. Please investigate this matter and correct the fraudulent debit as soon as possible.

                              Hope to have a resolution on this.

Since 5th of aug in am stuck in hospital for the claim reimbursement to hospital and even after taking to their supervisor manish and manohar and their executives habiba monam poonam sana and many more, all at useless in terms of service and etiquette while talking to customer. Today is 6th aug and i am still waiting for the settlements. Every time time they are doing a wrong entry and asking for more time. I am really feeling that i did a blunder to take the policy from medi assist. Because of the casual approach and false commitment i m getting harassed and tourchered which is impacting y health also. If any thing will happen to me the medi assist will held to be responsible as because of them my medicines has been stopped and i unaware of the medication. I will take th issue to irda ombudsment also.

                                    This is to notify u that i have my credit card of axis since 2017 and i have made regular payments against it initially but still the collection department team use to call and harass me and abuse me so badly.. Since 2 years and forcing me to do the payment when i have already given them date specially person name as shailesh number [protected].                                     Axis Bank allocated a relationship manager to me in 2015. Her name was Heena. She never picked up any calls. I looked for ways to complain about her to Axis Bank. There wasn't any mechanism for that. Few days back they allocated a new relationship manager. Her name is RAJESHWARI and she has called me 3 times to introduce herself. When I told her my complaints she said she will "look into it and call back". She never called back. Post this i have called her many many times. she does not answer ever, not even once. It looks like this whole RELATIONSHIP MANAGER thing is a SCAM. They do absolutely nothing. There is no way to escalate or complain about them. They are not accountable for anything at all.

                                    Axis bank relationship manager in vaishali nagar, jaipur branch is Parul chahar. She is not a polite and customer problems solving kind of personality as a person. She just takes care of her reviews and formalities that they don't complaint about her and only interested in getting good reviews. Not a person for the position of relationship manager better to be a cashier or some other designation in which she doesn't need to interact with a costumer because not a quality person to server and talk to a customer in one of the best bank of the country. Poor language and attitude not a serving person I'll give zero in case of her response quality as a priority account customer in the bank big NO for the position as a relationship manager they can hire better than this and will be beneficial for us also as a customer to interact and solve our queries and problems.

                                      I have salary account from last OCT 2016 To Present.

                                      Every month consolidated charges deducting amount is 595, My total consolidated amounts are 14980 till date ( every month deducting)

                                      Again another issue from E-Commerce, amount deducted is 273 on[protected]

                                      Are you guys humans or Professional Thief ?
