[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Brn charges on card

Hi

The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

A deduction of rs 2740 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

I've paid all bills and charges before or on time always. Still such deductions are being done. My no. [protected]

Hi

Axis bank has deducted from my account two times as BRN card payment. The details are attached. When I call to customer care, they replied that it is against your credit card amount. Where as I alway paid credit card emi amount timely. When I asked him, how to get back my money, they did not give any solution. I told customer care executive to connect my call to your senior person for any solution. But he told me to just type another option to divet your call and th e call is disconnected.

It is very harrasment to connect right person in the customer care service.

Please axis team please return back my money which was deducted by your end unauthorisely.
