[Resolved] Axis Bank — BRN Payment Debit

In spite of paying bills in time there have been two BRN payment debited from my account associated with the card without prior notice and details of why and how. An amount of Rs 4285.98 on 7th July 22 and another of Rs 8571.96 today 9th Nov 22. I have been possessing this card for over 4 years now never faced this BRN aito debit this is the first year and twice a total amount of 12857.94 deducted within not too six months and that without prior notice and details of it's charges. As I write this I received an alert of 295 debited again without an update, this keeps getting deducted on a regular basis often! What kind of pathetic service is it from such a reputed bank?!? Nov 22, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Where, When, Eho & How?No-on No onw called and it's not resolved !!! BRN still reflecting had to call Cust Care who disconnected call without solution or answers.. Now I stand at a nonpayment of loan on predecided date when account had sufficient amount and a bounce charge as again there was a deficit of over 28+K when account was funded enough before the due date. Purchased made were converted to EMI yet they are charging BRN and monthly charges have shot up in the last 2months without intimation n details of change of charges. Kindly call in between 3:00PM - 4:00PM if connecting as no resolution provided yet! Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
