[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Brn-payment deduction without any prior notice

Hi sir,
I have axis account salary account and i have been charged with 8, 069 rs of brn-pymt-card without any prior notice and i have paid all my credit card dues on time. I want to know why it have been deducted even though i have paid all the dues on the time.

Date of incident: 18 may 2020
I want this amount to be refunded and also full explaination from bank why it have been deducted and without any notice, is this there way of providing bank services.
