[Resolved]  Axis Bank — can't access my account and debit card

I had opened asap account before few days and my account number is [protected] & axis provide me a virtual debit card also. But i can't register my account with axis mobile app and also not able to transact online through my virtual debit card. I had done rekyc too. Still i facing this problem. My rekyc rs no. Is 41186561. I raised complaint about that but no response. So please help me. I have so poor experience of axis.
