My company has the above mentioned account in axis bank, koramangala, bangalore.
I had placed a request to activate net banking for transactions (Now only viewing is available) by end of march. I have submitted board resolution and necessary applications.
I have been following up for more than a month now and visited branch thrice, they always say next day it will be activated. I have marked branch manager too in the email communications, still i have no response on email. Now they do not receive my calls too.
I wish to continue my banking with axis bank, as personally i am a customer for more than a decade. But it is becoming very difficult without good support from the branch, especially for a corporate account.
Please do the necessary.
