    This is regarding the negative balance made by your system in my account.
    The account was opened in the year 2011 as a salary saving account. Afterwards salary account changed to other bank by our company. By that time itself i had received confirmation that my account is changed to zero balance account by bank. But now balance gone up to -1750 inr.

    Many time i had given request to make this account as zero balance saving account but nothing was done even i had given request to close this account that was also not done by your team.
    I would like to continue with axis bank if this issue is been solved and if the negative balance cleared.

    Kindly do the needful on top priority and resolve my issue. Because apart from your assured sappr scheme i have been charged for not being used bank account. I don't want to take up this issue to higher level.

      I have been receiving phone call on my landline number from axis bank credit card division, mumbai from almost 2 years. They are looking for a specific person who does not reside or access to my landline number.
      I have told numerous time to the callers that the person they are looking for is not available at this number and asked them to update their system accordingly and further not to call me again in this regard.
      I would have request and told them to stop calling and harassing me like this for more than 50-100 times. They don't seem to bother at all.
      They are continously interfering into my private space and repeatedly calling me again and again.
      I also told them to send their representative to the address where the landline number is located and verify the details i am providing. They are so reluctant that they said they will not send anyone nor stop calling.
      This is really making me very impatient.
      Please look into this immediately and resolve it asap.

        I am krishna chaitanya and i am holding a savings account [protected] from srinagar hyderabad branch and operating since 2008 and right now i am in singapore and i realized that my account is credit frozen and i don't have any clue about a transaction of 10k rupees which was done a week ago. Now i couldn't go back to bank. So please help to resolve this issue.

          This was deposited in atm machine on[protected] at 6.34pm at kirti nagar axis bank branch but the status in the machine was time out and cash of my 2000 notes 12 has been accepted but didnt credited in my above account no[protected], i have given written complaint to the branch manager told that it will be done from back end mumbai,
          Sir this money is my living in hostal which my poor father deposit from his salary i am unable to spent, please see if you can credit in my account immediately.

          I have submitted my cheque book and debit car for savings account closure for account no. [protected]. I submitted to gp02, gp block, pitampura branch, delhi. But they are not closing my account.My account balance is zero. Kindly close my savings account as soon as possible.I submitted all my details to Mr shivam sir in mentioned axis branch.

            Today i withdraw money from sbi atm but it not withdraw and axis bank sent me a message that money is deducted from your account i launched complain in your toll free no also but it not reverse in my account what can i do and i also having a atm receipt unable to process if i not withdraw how could it possible please resolve it as fast as you can.

                This is very disappointing to me that i have opened my salary account in axis bank in last month and still not able use net banking facility due to unexpected massage whenever i have tried to transfer my money to other account or tried to do any online payment.

                I always got massage on screen i. E. Access to the menu is not available. Please contact bank administrator.

                Moreover have tried to update my profile and my addhar number but even have failed to edit my info on your portal.

                If i am not able to do any payment/ transfer money /purchase then whats the use of net banking facility.

                Literary speaking i have totally screwed my happiness by opening account in axis as i have tried to call local branch number and spoken in kranti chowk branch, aurangabad maharashtra branch.in additional have searched all options on your site that how to solve this issue. Calling on your[protected] is really wasting my time. Within one and half month never connected with any representative but always heard recorded massage every time more that 03 min.

                You have provided many options to avail many things but very sad to say need to improve on customer support.

                I have attached snaps of error massage which have seen hundred times on screen wheni have tried to do any net banking transaction.

                This would be my last change to asking for help or else i will have to think on move. As at the current days you must be know the importance of net banking.

                  I have transected from axis card but unfortunately axis debited my ac twice now axis is not credited my ac while I have provided all the merchant bank statement for their verification. Really disappointed from axis services.

                    V. Parvathi and c. R. Sundaresan jointly hold an axis bank savings account no.[protected]. We also hold a demat account no.[protected] with same client id.
                    A request to close these accounts was made at the begumpet branch. The staff did not provide an acknowledgement for the submission and stated it would not be necessary.
                    Following a wait of a couple of months a submission of closure of the savings account was made in the axis bank at alcazar plaza, banjara hills, hyderabad. I was informed that the demat was still shown to be active and she would follow up and close our account once the demat was closed.
                    As there was no progress we attempted to register a complaint in the axis bank website which failed as the website was not generating a number for the complaint.
                    We followed with a telephone complaint with customer support and were given a complaint number of[protected]. Following a week of wait a follow up call was made and we were informed that there was no progress as the track led to another division at begumpet branch. The correction was made and then another week later we were told to follow up with complaint number[protected].
                    After yet another wait we were informed that there was some problem to be sorted out by the branch at alcazar plaza.
                    Several attempts to contact the branch led to no progress. Most of the times the phone of the bank at this address is not responded to or if responded is promptly disconnected.
                    Meanwhile we are getting a notice through sms that we are being levied a penalty for inadequate balance in the account. We refuse to accept this and wish the accounts to be closed immediately and confirmation sent to us.

                      Hi this is azim akhtar alvi from bhopal i have submitted the salary account form on 09 apr 2018 and also was cordinating with the concerned person named mr satish and after sometime when i call him many times he given me his manager number and then i visited to the branch on 27 apr 2018 and there i found that they were giving false commitments to me as the form was not found and then they said plz fill new form we will activate your account on 1 may 2018 and also you will receive your salary and again faced the same problem the person name was sunil and his manager name was mr. Prakhar and i found at evening account was not activated.

                        Shame on axis bank which create scams like that of nirav modi:

                        Without my approval and complete understanding of axis bank product, axis bank issues credit card no axis bank credit card no [protected]; dispatched in my name "amit khurana" at my gurgaon address;
                        This is an open invitation by axis bank, which can be cheated as easily as pnb bank is cheated by nirav modi, as axis bank irresonsibly and without verification issues credit cards and loans to anyone...

                        Theer was no welcome call, no exlanation fo terms and conditions and no pin, delieverd to me to activate the card, and i get thsi card suddenly without any intimation to me.

                        Axis bank behaved equally irresonsible as pnb bank was irresponsible with nirav modi case.

                        I have stated in my email to axis bank to terminate this card whihc is not active as yet as i am going out in india;
                        But irresponsibel axis bank under irrresponosible shikha sharma (Md & ceo), has not clsoed my card desite my reminders and notifications.

                        Banking ombudsman and nodal offices fo axis bank are also sleeping as shaemelss and careless axis bank has not closed by card..

                        Shame on axis bank

                        I am putting this blog on all major websites and open forums in india and intrenationally.

                              I have not received amount of 2000rs in axis bank atm near gb palya bus stop.

                                Myself shilpa credit card recovery person is continusly calling and threatning me for bill payment i told that m not working even my dad is hospitalised in icu my financial situation is not good give me few month time they started harasing me and now started calling my friends and relative already my family is in tension due to my dad illness and this is really embarising moment that they started calling my friends i request please stop harasing me and my family as a human being please understand my current situation.

                                  I have been regularly called of pending loan. But the truth is that i have never been your customer. I have never taken any loan from your bank. But still getting phone calls and messages. It is embarrassing to me. It is effecting my day to day life. My phone number is [protected]. I complained to the axis bank caller. She said it is her duty to call on this number. Pl resolve it so that i don't get calls.

                                    Even I am not getting the IFSC on my bank statement. Couldn't Axis bank just add the IFSC code.
                                    It will be hassle free for the customers. I don't want to use my chequebook.

                                      Sub: Fraudulent money withdrawal from forex card account – Reg.
                                      Ref: Your mail Dated: 27.04.2018.

                                      This is to inform you that I categorically deny the statement provided by your branch manager Mr.Praveen that I have authorized to withdraw the money from my AXIS bank forex card account through telephone is absolutely false and not acceptable by any means.
                                      It is obvious that M/s.Paul Merchants Limited, Coimbatore office and AXIS bank limited are knowingly involved and flouted the procedure and deceitfully withdraw money from my forex card account.
                                      As a customer, I wonder if you could withdraw money from my forex card account without having a written / approved means of authorization from the card holder how can I trust Paul merchants limited and axis bank limited in near future? .
                                      Axis bank intimated the withdrawal by sms and mail on 26-APR-2018 at 4.13PM but Mr. Praveen Generated an ENCASHMENT CERTIFICATE surprisingly on25 April 2018.
                                      The above sequence is totally wrong and fabricated.
                                      As per the report Paul merchants limited manager Mr. Praveen paid money to me on 25th April 2018 prior to one day that axis bank transferred the payment to your account on 26 April 2018. HOW IT IS POSSIBLE?
                                      How did your manager access my account without my forex card and access code /password?
                                      If your manager can this easily withdraw money from any one forex account means this is a very dangerous situation to all the travelers who choose to buy forex card through Paul merchant’s limited.
                                      I need to have your responsible and acceptable answer on this issue immediately.

                                        I received a call from axis bank today. They told me this is for. Card protection.. With out my permission they took my 1899rs from my debit card.. And i call to axis bank they told me this is anathor service.. So we cant help u.

                                        I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money.. Otherwise. I will also no more as axis bank customer.. Thanks..

                                        My axis bank a/c no -[protected] has been debited by 1899.00/- for oneassist membership.
                                        I receive phone calls from this no - 91 [[protected]] regarding one assist service but i do not accept this service without my approval they deducted money from my account.
                                        So i contacted oneassist customer care couple of times in past few days and requested for cancellation of my membership.
                                        I am totally disappointed with this one assist
