A credit card supplied to me (Last no xxxx xxxx xxxx 1019) and before delivering it to me it was told by the bank agent that the card is totally free and there will be no charge i. E. Joining fee and annual fee but the card delivered to me, is chargeable. I'm a customer of axis bank, new ali[pore branch, kolkata since 2008 and cheating done by the bank agent and as per the bank statement i have to pay rs 590/- on 8th may'2018....

MY 590 Rs was deducted from loan department and they are saying my Debit freeze the month of April 10th 2018. I have visited 2 axis branches more than 5 times and contacted customer care more than 10 times and sending emails now... I want my 590 RS back...

When I contact customer care they said I have to visit near branch, When I visit branch they said technical issues so have to update PAN number once again,...

I have received a call from axis bank today. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis visa card ending with 2413. It has been noticed that the money charged rs.1899 for the same.
Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. I am waiting for confirmation of deletion of this service and also refund the money rs.1899/-...

I have requested to your bank to close my account on 22nd february 2018 due to the missbehavior of your representative, but they didn't close my account. As per dated 23-3-18 i have opened an asap account on line but i didnot select the option for payment 300 rupees for delivery of debit card. On dated 16-4-18 i have activated my accont with amount deposit in my account no-[protected] but the local branch link road not cooperate for the same but as per your guidlines i have to deposit 300 rs in bank and they told me to contact with cust. Care and simply give the nos.
