I have recently opened a new saving account in Axis Bank. Whenever I try to login to Axis Internet Banking, it shows an error "Error - Session Timeout".
I have cleared cache, history and called several times to customer care but they did not provide any solution and disconnected me from calling.
When i log in to internet banking (after using customer id/debit card no. and mPin/Pin no. ) it shows an "Error - Session Timeout"
Error - Session Timeout
1. You have used Back/Forward/Refresh button of your Browser.
2. You have clicked twice on any options/buttons.
3. You have kept the browser window idle for a long time.
4. You have logged in from another browser window.
5. You are accessing the application URL from a saved or static page.
6. If the problem persists, please clear the temporary files from your browser
and try again; or contact us at customer.[protected]@axisbank.com
7. Please log in again to continue banking www.axisbank.com
Note: I have deleted the cache and history of my internet browser but it is showing again whenever I try to log in to internet banking.
Another issue - When I try to forget my password, it shows "User does not have any relation with Bank". Whereas, I internet banking login id is activated.
I have tried to Enable Login Id.
It says " Your login id is activate. Please try login again."
