[Resolved]  Axis Bank — car tag delay

I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal (Ref no.[protected] on 5th jan. On paying full amount, i have received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag has not been received from bank and their customer service number could never be contacted. They should provide a tracking number or sms so that current status can be checked.
