fastag not readable

Dear team,
I’m having bad experience with fast tag issues by axis bank. Fast tag not readable even after several complaints no one responded and no end for recheck.
I have called many times to the customer care but no response. Please support and resolve the issue by returning back the recharge amount or reissue the working fast tag.

beware of opening an axis bank fastag account

With fastag becoming mandatory on all toll plaza starting december, i recently ordered an axis bank fastag account. On their website they would mention "open a fastag account for free". Later while opting, they would charge you 400 rupees (Security deposit+minimum wallet balance of 200). Once you get the fastag account you get a surprise of rs. 800 getting debited from your account. I ordered fastag card online with axis bank on the date dec 23 2019. I have not received the fastag till now.

Can you please let me know the status of my fastag. Is that lost?? Even if it's late by few days is not a problem.. But nil response from the bank scares me a lot.

axis bank fastag not received even after complaining several times

I applied for axis bank fast on 30th november 2019. My wallet id is ([protected]). Then after complaining they provided me blue dart tracking id ([protected]) which is incorrect. Axis customer service is not responding properly and disconnecting call. It is nearly 2 and half months now they are neither delivering the fastag card nor providing the correct tracking id to track the shipment.

Really disappointed with this kind...

fastag replacement for axis bank

Sr[protected] created on 17/12/2019 for tag replacement and till now no action been taken place even after so many mails and fastag customer care calls.

Also sr's closed with out my confirmation

I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal on 06th january 2020. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. Fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also never responding.

Now about 2 weeks have passed, didn't received fastag. I have several times to them but every time they are asking to wait. Other fastag providers are delivering in 7-8 days,...

I started receiving mails in my email i'd for applying of fast tag through axis bank and i had applied for fast tag through axis bank on 31 dec 2019, vide reference no ka04 mt 0290 all the required fees had been paid by me but i had not received any message or information for the same.. unknown deduction of 118rs from axis account

I already submitted a request for above issue. Yesterday ie 11th january 2020, again my account got deducted by 100 (Consolidated charges for a/c) + 18 (Gst @18% on charge) rs.

I don't know why every month u guys deduct this much amount. So dissapointed. Need my money back asap.

rfid fastag not delivered

I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag....

fastag problems

Sir,
As per the advertisement from axis bank, i have registered my fastag id from them on 26.12.2019. As per them, i should receive my fastag id within 7 days that is by 02.01.2020. But till date it was not received. When called on customer care, there is no proper response and no direct contact about fastag. They are unable to track the status and asking to register a complaint by sending an email attaching rc and vehicle number...

Booked a Fastag for my car MH365428 on 11th Dec-19, Wallet ID [protected]. It was expected to be delivered in a week time but already it is one month over and the Fastag is yet not delivered.
Fastag is mandatory at toll gates, hence this delay is causing lot of inconvenience. please check the status and organize dispatch without any further delay....

axis fastag wrongly deducted

23/dec/19- fastag balance was rs. 300

I then used fastag on 23/dec/19 and the updated balance was rs. 106. But on 26th dec, i got a message stating that your fastag account has been debited for rs. 565 towards adjustment entry.

Not sure why this amount has been deducted. Please revert this transaction asap.

Worst customer experience... Extremely disappointed....

I applied for fastag one month ago and I have not received it yet.

I applied for fastag on 15th dec and i have not received it yet (Initial time of arrival was 8 days max).
I tried contacting their support, twitter handle, email etc. But no resolution at all.
Not only that they deducted inr1000 without any reason directly from my bank account. How can they deduct the money for recharge when they have not even delivered the card....

fastag blacklisted

When i get in on any toll plaza my fastag shows blacklisted. I bought my fastag in the beginning of december but not working yet. Toll plaza staff told me that fastag is ok or u have balance also but machine always shows blacklisted when i cross th toll. I'm facing that problem from last 20 days. What is my fault or why i'm suffering i can't understand. My fastag has rs 498 balance also. What to do. Help me plz.

On 10th jan, my axis bank account has been debited of rs. 750 without my knowledge or acceptance for my axis bank fast-tag account. You people are cheating clients.. I have tried to contact their customer helpline but that too is as worst as their product. Shame on you axis bank management. At the time of applying i have never given any acceptance for auto debit from my account. I will write to banking ombudsman if my queries are not solved...
