[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Card not locked

Hi,

I want to raise my complaint. i lost my forex card in UK. I have tried calling there help line number which is mentioned on online login[protected] but its not working.

I have locked it online e-mailed twice but still i have seen transaction happening.

I am not going to pay for any transaction after my escalation. I am frustrated with the support i am having.

I need to know the status of this amount which needs to be refunded.please see the below statement
"Refund for your Airtel recharge has been initiated and pending at your bank's end. The refund amount will reflect in your bank account within 7 - 10 working days depending on your bank."

Without any intimation Axis Bank has been charged on my account.from 4 months I am observing bank month on month puting charges on my account.on dated 17 sep.2016 bank charged 2913.64 rs.and haven't explained it why this charges...?????
