Axis Bank — card protection service

I received a call on 5th July 2018 regarding some card protection service costing 1890. It offers services related to loss of ATM card, online frauds, emergency cash etc. I refused to accept the service but it has been activated and money has been deducted from the account.I registered a complaint with the customer care service to cancel the same and refund the deducted amount of rs 1890 back in my account.
