Axis Bank — cash deposit problem

Dear sir,
I deposited 6th august one lakh rupees in cash deposit machine, after one minute machine is automatically shutting down, also amount not credit to my account after words i went branch and given same day complaint no [protected] still date no updation, today means 9th august i called again customer care they told that complaint no closed, without solving my problem complaint closed.now another complaint no given [protected] they told problem will solve with in five days.

i have so many finance comitments, please resolve asap
