I, tamojit chattopadhyay an account holder of this bank in chinsurah branch., west bengaltoday at 11.47 a. M, i got a sms with wrong balance which is almost 30000 rs. Less than my actual balance. Around 4.30 p. M, i went to atm attached to bank and not in order board was there (Which we see very frequently). Naturally i tried to get it clarified from front office through security but since banking transaction time is over, they refused to talk. Accepting that fact i repeatedly requested through the security to once clarify the issue but they refused to clarify and not even ready to talk once and allow me go inside the bank. With a fully drenched and wet condition, i stood outside the gate and told the security until some one comes and clarify i will stand in front of the gate. After standing for sometimes, suddenly one staff namely avik chattaraj (As he told) came out of bank for refreshing himself and seeing my pathetic condition he installed mobile app in my phone with my permission outside the bank and showed the correct balance which is around 30, 000 more than the balance in sms. Being an account holder of reputed organisation i felt extremely harassed and embarrassed by the non-cooperative attitude of your front office employees. Please do the needful and inform me so that other people do not face similar situation.
