    Dear Sir/ Madam,
    I have utilized ur bank credit card with full limit and paid full amounts so many times in past 3 years but tody I got a messege saying my credit limit is decreased by Rs.60000.
    I want to know why this act was done by bank ???
    I didn't paid full amounts with interest in past 3 years ??? If I am paying full amount and full interest instead of increasing you are decreasing my credit limit, is it right ???
    If it is a bank policy to nahee like this with a customer, then please tell me the process to discontinue your banks credit card service...

    Purely non professional act done By bank...

      Sir/ madam

      Today, date 01/08/2018, i got a call from axis bank, offering me one assist service, i first thought that it was a bank procedure, and debited rs 1899 from my account ending with 714041.
      A few minutes later i realised that it was the service that i dont really need at the moment, i tried to call back the phone numeber provided to me through sms i. E [protected] but in vain.

      Now i really wanted to deactivate this 'one assist' sevice from my account and refund the money deducted from my account.

      Please consider my request to deactivate this service and refund rs 1899/- at your earliest.

        I have made imps transaction today (1st Aug 2018) for the amount rs.35000 from my axis account to Canara account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.

        I contacted axis bank customer care, but no use.

          I received a call from axis bank today. They told me this is for. Card protection.. And they took my 1899rs from my debit card.. And i call to axis bank they told me this is anathor service.. So they told they cant help me.

          I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money.. Otherwise. I will also no more as axis bank customer.. Thanks..

            I have done a transaction in goalwise on 31st july 2018 and my amount has been deducted from axis bank account but my money has not been reflected in goalwise dashboard and when i have called and ask to goalwise they said it was the problem with the axis bank and due to which the money of rs 5000 has been debited but till now i did not get my money back.

Today at 20.03.52 hour i have tried to withdraw rs.10000 from the atm of axis bank situated at sankrail station road, sankrail, howrah, west bengal using my debit card o[censored]nited bank of india. The process completed and money has not came out of the machine but the message came to my mobile that the amount has been withdrawn and my account has been debited with rs.10000/-.

                  We have always given your company business in WC insurances and many staff account openings but it is not always possible for our company to open accounts or take insurances frequently. We are not given good services when we have to make our staff salary which is around 100-150 people every month.                           Internet banking of axis bank is the worst service of any bank i have ever used,
                          Server is too slow, i am trying to pay my credit card bill but server is not allowing me to do that, again and again it is navigating to the error page. This is very frustrating. As a customer, i'll never suggest anyone to open an account in axis bank just because of pathetic internet service. Its a request to the network team please try to improve the server and also do the performance testing of this server

                                  I would be grateful if your good office could kindly update the customer's 24x7 helpline numbers in all the web pages of axis. I have been trying to call several times for my debit card issue but wrong no is the reply. Axis been very reputed bank around the world must not be so irresponsible.

                                    Sir i gave my proof whici needed for opening salary account on 16th june2018. Unfortunately i updated my aadhar and submitted new aadhar on 5th july. My salary was debited on that account i requested accountant plz open my account daily from that day but he was ignoring plz kindly open my account sir i hope this will be justify me thank you

                                      I recieved a call last year with from axis bank for my bank details, telling me its for account verification and rs 1899 was debited from my master card without my permission which was refunded later on. Today, one year later my account was debited again with rs 1899 without my permission. I want to deactivate this subscription and refund the money immediately.
                                      Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Its been over 7 days since my deactivation of one assist and still I have not got any update on the refund.Kindly refund the money as soon as possible.

                                      As per your request, we have cancelled your plan vide service request No. 3401405.

                                      The refund will be processed in bank/card account from which the amount has been debited. It takes 7 to 8 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.

                                      Hi Mrs Deepali,

                                      It has been over a month and I have got no reply or any messages about deactivating and refunding the money yet after assuring me that it will reflect in my bank account after 7 or 8 working days.I'am now going to make a formal complaint to axis bank for the inconvenience One assist have cost me.This is very unkind for a consumer solutions company to act unprofessionalally.As stated earlier I want to deactivate one assist service and I want the money which was debited from my bank account unwillingly to be credited as soon as possible.
