[Resolved] Axis Bank — cash payment made at toll plaza but my fastag wallet also debited with same amount. | |||
Cash payment of rs 25 made at narmada toll plaza gujrat on 28/12/2019 because fastag wat not scanned but same amount is debited/deducted from my fastag wallet id [protected]. Service request also given for double payment its ref no is sr[protected] and also mail is send to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com for which interaction id[protected] is received but still there is progress on this matter. There should be some mechanism if cash is collected and fastag wallet debited for same vehicle on same date and same time then auto revert amount to wallet. Was this information helpful? | |||
