Axis Bank — cashback not received in axis credit card

I am a customer of axis credit card from long time.in spite of repeated e mail regarding cash back as per selected category of super market 5% not received my cash back even i had mailed axis bank credit card team in there registered e mail id 5 to 6 times i. E nodal. [protected]@axisbank.com, [protected]@axisbank.com, my complain in there official mail mentioned in credit card statement no reply received till date neither the cashback refunded or adjusted till date. Please mail me your reply on my mail id i. E :
