[Resolved] Axis Bank — charge for not maintaining minimum balance | |||
I have my saving account with axis bank ([protected] ) in thondamuthur branch i could not maintain minimum balance due to some personal reason, but bank did not notify me and charged like rs 4, 300 recently and they treated me like to close the bank, whatever the charges the bank should inform before charging but i was not informed, no negative balance shown on my account. I wanted to use my axis bank after 2 or 3 years and there are banks offering zero balance account but even i wanted to continues axis bank because i did not have negative balance only after started using the account charging me too much. I had many plans of investing in various axis schemes but i will close my account as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
