Axis Bank — Charge Penal interest without any reason

My home loan EMI date is 10th of every month but last month axis Bank didn't auto debit the EMI amount so I called the customer care and they said due to technical reason the ECS was not executed and they ask me to make manual payment and I made it. But this month they have charged rs.1733 on my loan account as Penal interest. Even after repeated follow up the bank has not taken action or resolved the issue. One of the painful thing as a axis Bank customer is repeated call. Even on weekends more than 10 calls starting from morning 7.00am Asking me to make this amount rs. 1733. Earlier I was having loan with HDFC and moved to axis bank for the same annoying thing but look like axis bank also doing the same thing.

Customer Support provided me with another case number 18122455, Still I am getting continues annoying calls from collection centre to make the payment. Starting to day they started threatening me saying they will post this non payment to CIBIL. Now i realise my mistake opening loan with axis instead of hdfc. I am the one suffering even the mistake made by the bank. I don't understand one thing, How bank people think that the one word 'sorry for the inconveniences' will make the customer forgot the issue and move on???
