[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Charged Bounce Charges even emi was deducted on same day

Hi,

I Atul Sakpal having saving account with Axis Bank. I had an on going personal loan going with axis bank. on 5th of every month ecs get debited for emi form axis account. this month i.e. April 22 also got deducted on same day. Then too I received message from bank my EMI has bounced. And they have charge me penalty of cheque bounce for rs 400/-. when asked bank representative they replied that ecs mandate this time was put for clearing in early morning so it got bounced as that time I was not having sufficient and in second clearing it got credited to my loan account. Every time they put ecs mandate in evening but this time they send ecs clearing in early morning. As I dont want to maintain saving account with axis bank I mostly deposit money a day before or on same day to avoid uncertain deduction on minimum balance due. as I don't wish to make my emi bounce. Even I pay penalty of nearly 500 rs for minimum balance every month just for this emi.
They have got there payment on same day. but I have to bare the bounce charges and even it will reflect in my Cibil score cheque bounce which as actually not. My due were never pending in my financial history but now it wont be same. I would have willing paid the dues and accepted the bounce on my cibil if they have not deducted the amount on 5th april. but they deducted the emi and sending bounce message and charging customers which is Unethical.
