Axis Bank — Charges on MAB

Dear sir,

I'm disabled person due to hearing loss and mute, I'm an axis bank salary account holder science 2010. I was getting a huge penalty from axis bank for MAB but i did not know about it, i left my job in July 2018 and i visited the axis bank branch for submitting the account closure form in 2018 august.

And one bank employee said to me "no need to close, it helps in your future if you get the same axis bank salary account when you change the job. So you can maintain 10, 000/- and withdraw the same day in every month cycle and they never charge for MAB i'm sure." I was managed Rs.10, 000/- and more in a month cycle as per what he said and I checked every month statement, and haven't shown any charges for MAB. From 2018 to 2020 February there are no charges so i'm happy and followed the same.

But from March 2020 I am getting the charges for MAB? later there is covid-19 out break so i am not able to visit the bank branch. (I was somewhat busy during the late visit.) When I visited the bank branch on 6th March 2021, there was a lot of negative balance in my account when I checked on axis mobile app. And asked please help me and solve the negative balance issue in my bank account, another employee says "you aren't managing the Rs.10, 000/- for MAB so the bank was charged the penalty." and i'm shocked what is the different help and followings by the axis bank employer?

In the branch visits I don't have proof which one employer said it? On the online we have proof!!
Actually, always axis bank branch employees say different without bank rules. I got mental tension due to the axis bank services is Irresponsible.

And i submitted the bank account closure form with a letter that says "kindly close my axis bank account permanently and i'm unable to pay the negative balance and i'm sorry for the delay." on 6th march 2021. But i did not get any response till now from axis bank?? and they already charged for MAB for April 2021!!
