Axis Bank — charging money for offering job

I applied for job in axis bank through monsterindia... At first they demand rs1850 rupees for the interview... After clearing the interview they asked for rs. 4500 for verification of documents and after that they charged rs. 7500 for security cum basis for the job offer letter... I have paid 1850+4500+7500= 13850 rupees already and now they are asking for rupees 10000 more for the approval of my face to face meeting from the headoffice, mumbai in which they are saying that they will refund all my money... I don't have idea what's going on... I just want my money back...
