[Resolved] Axis Bank — Cheque issue & misbehaviour | |||||
I am mousumi dutta as a customer of madhyamgram axis bank branch. I am suffering a cheque bounce issue from 4.5.17. I visted this branch on 5.5.17 at 10.45am reagrding cheque return, mr sanjay informed me that i will get this cheque within 3.30 pm, that day i couldn't went there. Today i visited the branch & mr sanjay was not available there, mr naba informed me that till now my cheque is not come here, please talk to operation manager mr dibyendu regarding that issue, whenever i talk to him regarding that matter he directly told me that there is not our branch fault, if you r suffering any cheque issue so why you should not do neft or rtgs, i wants to know who given him rights to suggest me what should i do or not? He have no politeness to handling customer, i am really surprised how to he continue his job in a private bank after doing misbevabiour to customer. He have no minimum manners to handling a customer although he given wrong suggestion to customer of their own branch. I don't know when i will get my cheque return. Please look into the issue and do the needful soon, otherwise i will complain higher authority of the bank. I have recharged Rs.346 to my idea number [protected] on 01/05/2017. Amount deducted but not credited to idea company. So recharge is not done. Please refund my amount of Rs.346 immediately.

I have ordered some products in amazon and refund have been processed on 18th april 2017 and i have called customer care and they have said me to wait for 7 business days but still im waiting for ma refund this statement is said by axis customer care pls refund my money and understand the seriousness
