[Resolved] Axis Bank — Cheque misplaced | |||
Dear Axis team it is really a bitter experience banking with you, I hope I am not dealing with nationalise bank. I have dropped a cheque of HDFC in favour of JSKhatri ie self on 16 .09.2016 at axis ATM drop box fortis hospital gurgaon.Thereafter one week I went to axis bank gurgaon galleria branch where my salary account credits, but they were not aware of anything and give unsatisfactory response.I talked to online customer care they said they will resolve my issue with one working day but even after 4 days no response.I will discontinue my account very soon as I am really in problem.The cheque was of 84000 appx and my home EMI dues in first week.
