[Resolved] Axis Bank — cibil masking amount issue | |||
Previously had axis bank credit card [protected]. I was not able to pay one of the cc payment due to i am hospitalized at that time. Later i had a talk with the axis bank executive and they have wavied the interest partially and i paid the remaining amt. Bt they havnt updated the wavied part on their side and later i kept the cc ideally for many years. Also the abnk havent intimated any outstanding statement to me. I found the cibil score was low. Later bank has mentioned that the card is in write off status. Also i paid the entire outstanding amount with the interest till the date. The bank also given me no due certificate / clearance certificate to my email. Now they are asking me to pay rs 58000+ as cibil masking. Why should i pay that amount even after clearing all the dues. Because of this i cannot avail loan in any bank, though i am a gazetted govt employee. Please help me out in this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
