[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Cibil masking

I had a credit card in axis card limit 30000/- due to some personal issue and covid i cant pay the amount for 6months after they said your card has overdue charges you should pay 58, 000 or take settlement of 25, 000 but i refused to take settlement paid fully because it shouldnt affect my cibil report i paid the amount on 2020, Feb. After paying i was trying to take PL after 6 months but all my applications got rejected so that time i came to know my credit card shows as writeoff but i cleared all my amount. Then i contacted axis credit card department manager Mr.Manoj, chennai. He told me to pay cibil masking amount of 4721/- to clear your writeoff status. I paid that amount too but still there is no updation from bank. The amount i paid is been upadted in report but not the status. Now a third party sector asking 1000 Rs to clear this issue. How much money i should spend to clear. Very worst customer response from axis bank and team. I suggest anyone dont buy credit card in axis bank.
