Axis Bank — Cibil score reduced | |||||
Good morning team, I have maintained credit card from axis bank and made payments properly without arrears, however recently i applied for personnel loan/ credit card from other banks since my credit card and loan application has been declined due to poor cibil score, i had a higher cibil score when i was don’t have credit card from axis bank, you folks spoiled my credit worthiness, please provide the detailed clarification why my cibil score has been reduced, it’s a serious issue kindly do the need full, as i discussed with cibil team only i am writing this mail.
