Axis Bank — Closing bank a/c no [protected] and [protected]

I had submitted the bank account closer request before one year ago at manikchand icon, axis bank branch, and submitted the all the holding i have like debit card of both account, lady had accepted the closer request but she wasn't provide any request number that i can track or query again, but still it was not closed, the request is as below

Dear sir,
With reference to above subject please note that i have opened a salary bank account with you a/c no. [protected] & [protected] from two different company in the name of anant suryakantrao kame. Now i have no longer requirement for these a/c.

Also i don’t have any belongings for these account like cheque book, atm cards,
I had operated this account by online mobile app.

So kindly close this bank a/c and oblige.

Your urgent and kind assistance in this regard will be highly appreciated.

So kindly requesting you please look in to this issue, and please provide better solution but at this condition i don't have any holding to submit like debit card.
