[Resolved] Axis Bank — collection agent nikhil borade is harassing | |||||
Due to an unfortunate event i was rendered unemployed for about 2 months which is why i was unable to pay my debt which i owe to axis. This guy nikhil borade, calls me atleast 6-8 times a day asking the same question of payment despite explaining the cause of the delay in making the payment. He is adamant, arrogant, disrespectful, abusive and probably not educated. Since i was harassed on the phone so much, i stop answering his calls. This guy, showed up at my home made a ruckus making sure my neighbors listen to all the drama. Yesterday i was supposed to get paid by employer (Or so i thought) but i joined late last month hence my salary will be carry forwarded in the next payment cycle. This guy nikhil borade called again 7 times despite the knowledge that i work in night shifts and hence i sleep in the day time, yet he kept calling. I answered the call finally and he started talking in a way as if i am willful defaulter. He claims that he will "extract" money from my parents today by any means necessary. Is this how axis bank operates? You guys will "extract" money? Really? What are you guys corporate gangsters? I filed a complaint in the axis bank customer care but i don't think that will help much since that guy nikhil borade doesn't seem to be civilized enough to understand civility. My request is to call this guy off. I have a clean track record and i have paid my debts with applicable penalty and interest but if things like these happen then i am afraid there is no point in paying anything at all, i wouldn't care about my cibil score if my parents are ill-treated. I owe money to the bank, my parents have nothing to do with this neither this is legal to harass a third party who is not even involved in this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
