Axis Bank — complaint about recovery agent | |
My name is mandeep kaur and i have a credit card of axis bank. From last some months, i am in financial difficulties and not able to pay the complete payment of my card but tried every month to pay some money. Last month february, i paid total 32000/- approx payment and this month i am trying to pay the money. I am getting a calls from bank even from recovery agents as well. If i discuss with one person about my situation and payment date then other person calls for the same. Last friday, one of the agent came to my office and he was behaving like a bank owner and pressurised me to make payment now, i told him that this was not possible to make payment instantly. He abused me in front of my office colleagues. He was shouted on me and asked me that you have to pay the money if you don't then i have my own way to get the money and then you have to pay complete payment, not minimum amount. I told him to give me some time then he asked me forcefully that make a note of it that you didn't pay the amount. But i never deny to pay the money, what i get i try to pay the amount first. I asked him that i will contact bank if i have any issue or query related to payment then he started to threatening me that if you want to call collector or any-other, i don't care i will take the payment from you anyhow or by any way. What is the meaning of that anyhow or any way. Even i didn't asked him that i will call to any of them. But still he was talking so rudely and in in-manner way at my work place where i have some self respect. After that, i have been touched with one of female agent on call and whatsapp where she told me that she didn't put my case for visit then i asked her that who is that person came in my office then she replied to me that your case went to two or more centres and maybe visit person came from that centre. This made me confused so much. Again i never deny to pay the payment and i know that i used the card, it's my responsibility to pay the dues. But this is not the correct way to treat the person specially female. Now, the situation is so pressuring my mental strength. Please look into this issue and take necessary action.
