Axis Bank — Complaint about service

My account was debited with 2000 rupees without any reason and without any information. When I contact he didn't response well again I went to bank and there also I didn't get well response. After frustrating from this I request to close my ac 2 days ago but still my account is not closed. Not accepted such this kind of service from a private bank. It's totally fraud case.

According to bank there is a lean on my bank account of rs.35 ..and now my current balance is around 85000.. and when i requested for my cheque book they are not issuing ... so i request u to cut the lean amount and grant me my cheque book as soon as possible

There is a corporation bank branch but service is very poor .
