[Resolved] Axis Bank — Complaint (no:[protected] regarding non activation of miss call alert facility

Dear sir,

I am an axis bank customer (Sb a/c no: [protected]).

Recently i gave a complain to customer care (Complain no:[protected] regarding non activation of miss call alert facility, inspite of registering my mobile no : [protected] against above a/c no. Complaint is unresolved till now (Tat is already over).

The error message coming is "sorry, this mobile no is not registered with axis bank. Pls visit the nearest atm / branch to register you mobile no."

Kindly look into this matter on an urgent basis & resolve asap.

My refund of rs.249 is not been processed by the bank, amazon has refunded me on 5th April and till now no refund is been seen on my account.

I want to open bsbda account in your bank. But your executives are not opening it saying there is no scheme of zero balance account. If you want to open account you have to maintain minimum 10000 balance. But on your website it is given that you can open bsbda account.what to do.
