Axis Bank — Consolidated charges issues | |
I have noticed that Axis bank was deducting Consolidated charges from my bank account every month. So I contacted them. The first executive was insulting me and I called them again and I discussed my concerns. They said they deducted money from my account because I swiped my card more than five-time in the machine. But the fact was, as the situation is like this ( Pandemic ) I was not using my ATM card and my all transaction was online ( Using google pay and Axis mobile App ). They concluded that they are helpless. But as a customer where should I go? What I should I do? Was this information helpful? | |
