Hi,
I am a salary account holder of your bank since 2014. Due to dissatisfaction with your services and behaviour, i want to transfer my salary account to a different bank. The main cause for that is the consolidated charges which are getting deducted every month from my account and there is no legitimate clarification from your side. Every month my account reflects a negative amount. However, the amount is very low, still it is having a negative impact on my accounts not only with you but also with other banks. I unfortunately is not aware of what cinsolidated charges is all about. Also, this is my zero balance salary account and it has been never told to me that i have to maintain certain balance every month in order to get these amounts deducted. I called your customer care but they are worthless. They dont have any proper product knowledge at all. I have decided to escalate this to not only to your level 2 but also to different platforms including consumer court.
So, the last cooperation from your end would be if you can let me know the procedures of transfering the account, which i know i will not be getting from your side, still, lets hope for the best.
