[Resolved] Axis Bank — consolidated dp charges deduction without account holder's confirmation | |||
Hi, I have a salary account in axis bank, in salt lake (Sec-5) branch, kolkata. I want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "consolidated dp charges" from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that. When i called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the demat account. Now i can realize that they have created it to cheating with me. Please my account balance is showing more than -1400 without any reason also. It is my humble request please look into this matter... We are very transparent in terms of charges which are mentioned on our website/ Most important terms and conditions of application form and statements.
