Axis Bank — Cpp service charge applied to credit card without any information

Hello myself Deepa I was using axis Bank credit card since 2018. I was genuinely paid all used amount in credit card and I know my bill due is paid on oct-2019 at that time bill due was 0 paise. The very next day credit card bill amount was 1699 I have not used that amount so I refuse to pay that bill and I was not aware about how that bill amount is suddenly incresed from 0 to 1699. I enquired in my nearby brach I didn't get any proper response. For that 1699 credit card intrest is added by bank and now the bill amount is 11000. Axis Bank executives are calling daily and giving mental tourcher to pay that bill amount and they r not giving proper statement where that 1699 amount was added. Finally quarelling for long time I got to know the statement in that cpp service charge as been added to my credit card without my notice. May I know how to solve this problem?
