Axis Bank — Credit card amount is huge

My self Vijay here I am requesting for my credit card number 1267 last four digit of credit card the due shows around 120000 which is huge in amount, I here by request you to give me the face value of 50000 where I can pay the amount and settle and close the credit card, as me my self family met with accident I hav had huge problems, personally which I was not able to pay. Request axis bank lalbagh Bangalore branch where the credit collection harrasing me with out any point they are not in position to solve my queries, please resolve it will settle my all the amount of the face value of credit card used is just 50k or less ill be paying please consider this to be request support me on this and inform the lalbagh bill collection team not to harrass the customer
