[Resolved] Axis Bank — credit card applied without my notice | |||
I got a call from axis bank agent on 1 day. (I don't remember the day exactly) She started conversation like this call from axis bank, due to maintenance service, we are verifying communication address, she wants me to confirm my current address during call and i did. After that she requested for consent code which i got message from axis. Later she informed in the same call i will get another call from verification department, pls respond to that call On 2nd feb, 3.07pm, got following message Your credit card application for axis bank my zone credit card with reference no 17264644 has been declined. Pls call [protected] if you did not apply Due to this my cibil score got impacted which is not tolerance. Can you please take an action on this. Was this information helpful? | |||
