Axis Bank — credit card - axis bank no dues certificate from bank

I had credit card from Axis bank. which I cleared and currently no dues are there on that account credit card number [protected]. I urgently need no dues certificate for a loan. there is no email on the axis bank website which i can email also I called more than 10 times and I was not to connect to the customer care I am frustrated with axis bank overall system. I had also send an email to nodal officer but no reply. I am going to include higher mangement in the email if I dont receive reply at the earliest. please send the no due certificate at [protected]@yahoo.com
