[Resolved] Axis Bank — credit card bill entry | |||
I had ordered a 7499rs mobile phone on flipcart on 28th june by my axis bank credit card and on 29th june i cancelled the order my order is on emi soo on my credit card bill details a emi rs 588 of above product but i cancelled it and i call customer care service to know about this amount deduction but they not give me proper answer they said its not refund by merchant and if happend then adjust in my bill but when my bill generated its also includ .its meant i have no product but i am paying amount too Was this information helpful? | |||
Aug 13, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I call customer care of axis bank and they answered that i am not stop the emi of this product so i eligible for paying this emi no matter that i cancelled the product and refund complete but i paye this Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
