My self Archana I am an axis Bank customer for last 6 years and I also was using 3 axis Bank credit card Because of the pandemic my financial condition was bad and not able to paid the pending bill.
But because of daily call and customer care for bill due amount i had arranged the amount and settle all my 3 cards on 31st Mar'21 n 1st week of Apr 21. I have all my receipt and mail conversation of the bank as well.

But still, the bank guy daily calling me for my credit card payment from Apr'21 and mentally harras and toucher me daily by calling for payment. I had filed complaints to PNO and NOdel officer of axis bank also on 4th Jun'21 and on mail i got confirmation that no there is no due on for credit card. Still call not stopped and daily getting call for card payment.

My parents are senior citizen they both have a heart problem and went to angioplasty but because of tourching call from bank executive they are very shocked, depressed and their physical health are going down day by day.

the bank has done the record and customer care and recovering department getting calling me and mentally harras me.

I would request you please take strict action against them.
