Axis Bank — Credit card EMI

My self kalpesh BAROT I am axis Bank customer since last five years and I also using axis Bank credit card too. My account number is [protected] and my credit card last 4 digit is 3085 . respected Sir on date 13/06/2021 I have purchased an electronic item with r.s 33990 from patel electronics modasa and I have also invoice too and payment mode selected 12 month EMI . According to EMI PRINCIPAL your bank have to cut R.s 3051 per month but on 14/06/2021 they cut my all saving account money R.S 15504 and on 10/06/2021 they charged me as r.s 1000 late fee payment and on 08/06/2021 they cut 664 as payment bouncing charge . I have invoice of EMI as a . It's a such shame full act by done axis Bank it's one kind of fraud . its my humble request to you please bring back late fee charge and bouncing charge and r.s 15504 . and only cut 3051 according to EMI PRINCIPAL .
