Axis Bank — credit card foreclosure related issue | |||
Dear Sir I have a relationship with Axis Bank and using Axis Bank credit Card. I have credit card base Loan and paying all EMI's without any bounce.In the month of Jan[protected] i just make a call for total outstanding of my Credit card based loan. But the Executive Consider as a Foreclosure request and he Foreclosure Entire Outstanding Amount .my Card outstanding will be mentioned in statement as 1, 47, 100.27 and they ask me to pay the total Amount before 7/2/2020. Regarding this issue i raise a complaint on 22/1/2020 with reference ID - 155559 /[protected].The executive explained the procedure Like they Cross Verify the Conversation which i have made a call on 17/1/2020 within 5 working days and the query will be resolved. Today (22/1/2020) i again contact the Axis Bank Credit Card division.They Conveyed message like no Complaint has been Registered on 22/1/2020 and they ask me to interact with their Senior Officials. I am Keep on waiting more than 10 minutes but call not Connected. My Call will be Disconnected. During the fist Conversation which is held on 17/1/2020 the executive don't mentioned, if am unable to pay the Loan outstanding amount within 3 working days, Over Leverage Charges will be Added in to my total Outstanding Amount. I have enclose my Credit Card base Loan Details for your reference, Card Name - Axis My Zone Credit Card.Platinum Type of Card - Visa Card Loan Amount - 1, 50, 000/- I have enclose my Axis bank Credit Card Statement Screen Shot for your reference. Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 06, 2020 Updated by srini_tks Dear Sir, Yesterday i received a alert message from Axis Bank stated that, My Over Limit Charges of 3598.75+Tax levied and reversed. Screen shot enclosed for your reference. In the month of[protected] i raised a Foreclosure Request to close my Credit Card based loan with Citi Bank. They Accept my request and they sent Outstanding Amount details also. In meanwhile Citi Bank not include the EMI Amount for this Month. Since i already raise the request before the Statement Generation Cycle.(17/1/2020) So they not Include the EMI Amount for this month. The same kind of scenario applicable to Axis bank Also. I raise a request on 17/1/2020 with Axis Bank.(Before the statement Generation Cycle Date 17/1/2020) But Axis Bank Included Extra EMI Amount for this Month also. 1) Why should i pay Extra EMI Amount for this month Also? Regarding this issue i have sent a mail to Axis Bank Nodal Officer Past week and Yesterday(5/1/2020) also. Still i have no reply mail, message or even Call from Axis Bank. I have enclosed my Axis Bank Credit Card Statement Screen Shot for your Reference. Today i checked to repay the My Axis Bank Credit Card Outstanding Amount it shows as a 0. The Last due date to Foreclose the Outstanding Amount with Axis Bank mentioned in Credit Card Statement as 7/2/2020. Today 6/2/2020. Now they removed all my Transactions during the period of 17/1/2020 to 6/2/2020. Total Credit Utilized mentioned as 0. Now i don't know the Total Outstanding Amount and as well as my Transactions Amount during the period of 17/1/2020 to 6/2/2020. I am ready to pay the Foreclose Credit Card Base Loan Amount and i have a sufficient Bank Balance in my Axis Bank Account also. Kindly Look in to this issue and let me know the status of my Complaint with Axis Bank ltd. As per this month Card Statement shows Overtime Reversal Fee charges has been Reversed. But Over Time Reversal Fee Charges Amount( 3598.75+647.78 GST) not credited in to my Account.
