[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Credit Card Fraud Transaction

Dear Sir / madam,
This is an urgent complaint regarding a fraudulent transaction executed via my Axis Bank Credit Card for total INR 31, 493.94 on the 15th June, 2021. I'm learned about this transaction only on 22nd June, 2021. For past 5 months i never used my credit card. Yesterday when i check the Axis bank phone banking app that i learned about the Fraudent transaction that happened against my card. And the status of the card was already Inactive. I immediately inform Axis bank authorities by visiting the Branch And E-mail regarding the issue, and they make an assurance that an temporary credit, same as the disputed amount will be processed in my account in 10 working days. But till now nothing happened. Its been more than 10 days now.I tried to contact the axis bank authorities through phone and email but i didn't get a reply from their side.

The details of the transaction are below :
Transaction date and time : 06/15/2021

Merchant name : Tannico

Transaction amount (INR) : 31, 493.94

request you to kindly help me with this issue asap. Please help me to get my refund for the said amount at the earliest.
