[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Credit Card Invalid Credentials Error

Firstly i applied for a credit card around 18 days ago which was easy but after the dispatch of the card there was no way of tracking it. I didn’t receive any tracking Id nor the app showed any info regarding the card or it’s delivery but anyhow i received my card 2-3 days ago for which i have been trying to set the pin but with no achievement. I tried netbanking, mobile banking, phone banking and even went to the ATM machine trying to set up the pin but i couldn’t do it. The netbanking and mobile banking doesn’t even allow access to the credit card settings and the phone banking and ATM machine shows Invalid Credentials error. I even had to recharge my phone for talktime twice as Axis Bank’s so called toll-free numbers charge for calling on them.
