[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Credit card issue with billing

I have been using axis bank credit card from the past one and half year and have been paying the credit bills on time once the bill is raised for the month but i never checked my statement details as i trust my bank. But this month some how i happened to check my statement and i was shocked to see some extra amount added in my current month statement.in the month of march 2017 credit card bill they added amount which is already paid in the month of december 2016. So the current statement generated includes the bill of december 2016 which is already paid and the bill of march. I even called the customer care regarding this aspect and their response to it is not satisfactory.
Not at all satisfied with the banking services of axis bank. Attached is the statement copy. Please do the needful

I have been using axis bank credit card from the past two years and have been paying the credit bills on time once the Bill is raised for the month but i never checked my statement details as i trust my Bank. But there is something wrong that I don't understand. Please justify the issue. In 11th Jan 2017 I have purchase a shoe online from Snapdeal.com (e-commerce) was Rs. 2650. The amount paid by Axis bank Credit Card and converted into 6month EMI, On 15th Jan 17 I've received the product which was miss match so I cancelled the order and return the product to Snapdeal.com. On 16th jan 17 the merchant (Snapdeal.com) return the whole amount (Rs.2650) to the Axis Bank Credit Card. And I forget to tell the bank that order has been cancelled. Thereafter as early i said i never checked my statement details as i trust the Bank, this month i checked the statement and i found that I have paid 2 EMI Feb and March for the same so i contacted to customer care regarding this aspect and their response to it is not satisfactory. Why i am paying additional charges which has been already credited to The Axis Bank credit Card by the merchant. I am attaching the all statements. Please help me to figure out this.
